Ingredients: 2 tablespoons + 2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin ( I used almost 4 envelopes Knox brand); 1/2 cup cold water; 2 cups sugar; 1/2 cup cold water; 1/2 cup corn syrup, light; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 2 large egg whites; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract; 2/3 cup powdered sugar (plus a little to roll marshmallows in); Almond Bark or melting chocolate (optional); crushed candy canes (optional); Sprinkles (optional)
