1/4 cup water (we used 1/8 cup water and 1/8 cup concentrated blackcurrent)

1/8 teaspoon salt
•
2 large egg white, at room temperature
•
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
•
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
