4oz (113g) melted milk chocolate

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

For the caramel:
•
1 cup (200g) sugar
•
¾ cup (190ml) whipping cream
•
½ cup (170g) light corn syrup
•
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
•
½ teaspoon salt
•
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the chocolate:
•
400g of your favorite chocolate, tempered
