Homemade Kahlua

Name: Homemade Kahlua
Ingredients: 1 huge pot (bigger than a Dutch oven); 2 qts. water; 7 cups white sugar; 1/2 cups light brown sugar; 1 cup instant coffee (your brand of whatever); 1 qt 190% proof Everclear; 2 oz Pure Vanilla extract; 3 small bottles (tiny bottle like airplane) of Bacardi Rum (gold)
