INGREDIENTS
1 cup water, warm, about 95° to 105°
1/4 cup milk, warm
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups bread flour, about 14 ounces
2/3 cup all-purpose flour, about 3 ounces
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 large egg
***Topping***
1 large egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon cold water
white or black sesame seeds or poppy seeds
