1/4 cup whole almonds, (coarsely chopped)
1/3 cup honey
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar (or 1/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes, (optional)
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips, (separated)
