1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or less for less spicy)
•
kosher salt as needed
•
pinch of cinnamon (optional, but totally recommended)

2 cups cold chicken broth (stock works fine too)
