1 pound ground pork or ground chicken or ground sausage
2 cups of shredded cabbage or a 16 oz bag of bag cole slaw mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large egg
