4 Tablespoons unsalted butter (softened and cut into 4 pieces)
1 cup water (236ml)
½ cup unsalted butter (cut into 8 pieces (113g))
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
4 large eggs (room temperature)
Powdered sugar (for dusting cream puffs)
