2 cups heavy cream (not ultra-pasteurized)
2 cups half-and-half
4 cups whole milk (not ultra-pasteurized)
6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
cheesecloth (for draining)
1 cup cream cheese
3 Tbsp honey
¾ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup finely chopped walnuts
1 cup cream cheese
1 bulb roasted garlic
1 Tbsp chopped chives
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp chopped dill
