8-9 cups sifted white flour (lean towards 8)

1/2 cup melted butter
•
4 tablespoons solid butter
•
2 tablespoons cinnamon
•
1 1/2 cup sugar ** see notes

1 egg, beaten
•
1 cup powdered sugar
•
2 tablespoons milk or cream
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
