Ingredients: 1 1/4 c warm water (110-120 degrees); 3 Tbs Honey; 1 tsp salt; 1 1/2 c WW flour; 1 1/2 c white flour; 2 Tbs brown sugar; 1/4-1/3 c flax seed meal; 1 1/2 tsp yeast
