4 tablespoons (2 ounces) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1/4 cup buttermilk
•
2 tablespoons honey
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

•
1 3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
•
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
•
1 tablespoon milk
•
2 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)
