1 loaf sourdough bread, crust removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

3 cups Arla Dofino Gouda Cheese, shredded (I used about 1 1/2 pkgs to get this amount)

12 eggs
•
1 cup milk
•
1 cup heavy whipping cream
•
1 tsp salt
•
1/4 tsp ground pepper
•
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
•
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
