Cranberry Glaze
•
1 12-ounce can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
•
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
•
2 tablespoons brown sugar
•
2 tablespoons lemon juice
•
4 teaspoons cornstarch
•
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
•
In a small saucepan combine cranberry juice concentrate, mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice cornstarch and cloves. Cook and stir mixture until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.

Maple-Pecan Glaze
•
1 cup maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup
•
1 cup orange marmalade
•
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
•
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
•
In a small saucepan combine maple syrup and orange marmalade. Heat and stir until bubbly. Whisk in margarine or butter until smooth. Stir in pecans.

Five-Spice Plum Glaze
•
1 cup plum jam
•
1 tablespoon cornstarch
•
1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
•
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
•
In a small saucepan combine plum jam, cornstarch, five-spice powder, and pepper. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes mor
