High Protien Granola Bar

INGREDIENTS
2 cups oats
2 cups chopped nuts (mix of whatever kind you want)
3/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
Mix these together and toast in oven 400 degrees for ten minutes.
Once it cools add:
3 scoops vanilla protein powder and mix it together.
And about a cup of any dried fruit you want. Or Omit.
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup apple juice
Put these three together in a small saucepan and heat until liquid. Pour over your oat, nut, protein powder mixture and stir it until it is all incorporated.
