High Protein Fudgy Brownies (yep, sugar free too!)

High Protein Fudgy Brownies (yep, sugar free too!) was pinched from <a href="http://www.bariatriceating.com/2014/12/20/high-protein-fudgy-brownies-yep-sugar-free-too/" target="_blank">www.bariatriceating.com.</a>

"I did not want to like these! I did not want to make them. I have a hard rule to not mix protein with dessert and while I do not add PROTEIN per se to these brownies, it was the only name I could come up with that gave them a chance. It was a chilly Florida Sunday afternoon and I happened to have a small box of Starbucks Via coffee packets. I could tell they were going to be good as soon as I hit the button on the food processor and saw that the batter was smooth, rich and very fudgy with that back flavor of mocha. I don't want to tell you what is in them other than saying there is not any flour. Which is why they are high protein and really good for you. Do not judge these as I did, just make them. Totally delish. Shockingly so once you see the first ingredient. DON'T JUDGE. I know you looked and are judging!..."
