1 1/2 cups tawny port wine
2 dried chiles de arbol or 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups beef stock + more if needed
1 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
