•1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

•1 tablespoon sour cream

•1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

•1/2 teaspoon sugar

•1/2 teaspoon hungarian hot paprika

•a few sprigs of fresh thyme

•1 home made Pâte Brisée tart crust rolled out and pressed into a tart pan (recipe below – or just substitute one thawed, frozen pie crust and one glass of rosé to numb the guilt.)
