dash of salt

1/4 cup milk
•
2 egg yolks
•
1 cup milk
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 cups or 1 quart strawberries
•
1 1/2 cups heavy cream whipped and sweetened to taste
