Mashed Potatoes
•
3 large russet potatoes (about 2.5 pounds) - Peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
•
4 tablespoons butter
•
1/3 cup sour cream
•
1/4 cup milk (approximately - adjust to desired consistency)
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 teaspoon pepper
