½ cup ripe tomatoes (diced, or, if mini tomatoes, cut in half)
1 tablespoon fresh basil (chiffanade (stacked, rolled, and sliced))
¼ cup black olives (green or kalamata would work also) (pitted, quartered lengthwise)
