INGREDIENTS
***For the homemade Cajun seasoning:***
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
***For the garlic bread:***
1 pound French or any whole bread loaf
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, finely grated
fresh herbs, optional, to taste, of your choice, chopped, for garnish
