INGREDIENTS
1 cup dried apricots
2 ½ cups dried oats, ground in a food processor
3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
¼ cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup toasted pecans, chopped
¾ cup toasted pecans, ground in the food processor
¼ cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
¾ cup dried, unsweetened coconut
1 cup dried pineapple (no added sugar if you can find it), chopped
½ cup dried yellow raisins, chopped
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon local honey (I use wildflower)
~ ¼ cup reserved apricot cooking liquid
