1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 oz low sodium diced ham
1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese (I use Weight Watchers Mexican blend)
1 tbsp. sliced fresh chives
a few slices of avocado
1 whole wheat wrap
