INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 pound medjool dates, pitted

4 tablespoons (20 g) Dutch-processed cocoa powder (I use Rodelle brand, & buy it on amazon)

14 ounces (5 to 6 bananas), sliced and frozen on a baking sheet in a single layer
