Healthy Orange Chicken

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 2 large breasts)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
1-2 tsp. orange zest
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper chili flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1-2 Tbsp. cornstarch + 1-2 Tbsp. water to make slurry to thicken sauce
Garnish ideas: green onions, sesame seeds
