3 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound ground turkey breast
2 tablespoons chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans (15 ounces each) stewed tomatoes
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½ cups macaroni noodles
2 ½ cups water
1 cup cheese, plus more for topping, shredded
