INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup sticky sweetener of choice (* See notes)
3 large eggs
1 cup blueberries
2 cups gluten free rolled oats (ground into a flour)
1/2 cup coconut palm sugar (Can use any granulated sweetener of choice)
1 T baking powder
pinch sea salt
1 cup milk of choice
1 flax egg (can sub for 1 large egg if not vegan)
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 T smooth almond butter (Can use any nut or seed butter of choice)
1/4-1/2 cup blueberries
