1 tbsp. rice malt syrup / brown rice syrup, sub for honey or maple syrup
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup old fashioned / rolled oats
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. rice malt syrup / brown rice syrup, sub for honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. wholemeal flour, sub for almond meal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
