1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1 orange, zested
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp fresh cream
30 g dark 70% cocoa chocolate
