1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour (can use all purpose or wholewheat flour)
1 cup granulated sweetener of choice (I used allulose * See notes)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (*Preh* See notes)
1 cup water
1 cup healthy frosting
