1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces about 1/8-inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
6 cups broccoli florets (about 2 large crowns)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( for garnish)
½ cup coconut aminos
¼ cup hot water
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ tablespoon grated ginger (about 1-inch piece)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon arrowroot starch ( or cornstarch)
2 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice
