3 medium bananas, (over ripe)
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup maple syrup ((or honey))
1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup chopped dates or raisins
