1 Ripe Banana, Mashed
6 Large Eggs
1 c. Pumpkin Puree
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
2 tbsp. Whole Milk
1/2 c. Coconut Flour
1/4 c. Arrowroot Powder/Flour
1 tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp. Unrefined Salt
1 tsp. Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
FOR THE FROSTING:
6 oz. weight Cream Cheese, Softened
3 tbsp. Butter, Softened
2 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
