One packet of lady fingers (you will have extra but you can save them)

150ml thicken cream

6g gelatine powder

30ml boiling water

2tbsp of strong instant espresso powder into 300ml water

125ml Hazel nut liqueur (Frangelico)

100g Hazelnut dark chocolate, chopped finely

100g crushed roasted hazelnuts
•
30g cocoa powder
