• 1-pound bag frozen artichoke hearts
• 1 pound chopped cauliflower
• 1-pound bag frozen Peas
• 2 cups low fat milk
• ½ stick butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon chili powder
• ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped thyme, separated (½ to garnish)
• 1-¼ cup grated parmesan divided (¼ cup for topping)
