1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
•
pinch of cayenne pepper
•
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
•
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•
Garnish with additional green chiles, chopped cilantro, and green onions if desired
•
Serve with tortilla chips
