One can (14 ounces) quartered artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained, patted dry and divided
5 ounces fresh baby spinach
2 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 roma tomatoes, halved
