Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bag hash brown thawed
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 t. Pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom or
- Cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
- Cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- Can of French Fried Onions
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Melt butter and pour half over bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and put in pan. Sprinkle French Fried Onions over the top. Pour the rest of the butter over onions.

Step 2Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 mins.
