1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon group nutmeg
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice (I used Cointreau)
2 egg whites, separated
