INGREDIENTS
1 small red onion, chopped (or 2 TB. PENZEYS AIR-DRIED SHALLOTS)
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC)
1-2 TB. olive oil, optional (not in original recipe for health benefits of cooking without the fat)
1 large head broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 14-oz. can hearts of palm
1 15-oz. can stewed tomatoes
2 Cups green beans (Sara uses frozen)
2 TB. MURAL OF FLAVOR
greens from 1 bunch beets, chopped (or 1-2 Cups other greens)
1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Cups cooked shrimp, extra firm tofu or sliced chicken breast, optional
