Hamburger-Rice Casserole

"Yep -- this is the one your grandma used to make (or in my case, my Aunt Margie). It's the "feed a bunch in a crunch" recipe that's as good today as it was back then!..."

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cups cooked rice
Chow mein noodles for topping
