4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, very soft
Cooking Liquid:
8 cups water
3/4 cup baking soda
Fillings:
8 ounces Black Forrest Ham, diced
8 ounces Swiss Cheese, Shredded
4 ounces Pickled Jalapeños, minced
Egg wash:
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon water
Toppings:
Poppy seeds
Sea Salt
