1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup, undiluted

1/2 cup sour cream
•
1/4 cup mayonnaise
•
1 teaspoon dried chives
•
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
•
1 teaspoon black pepper
•
1 teaspoon salt, Optional
•
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
•
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted or 1/4 cup
•
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese or your choice
