INGREDIENTS

1 medium onion, (diced)

1 (8-ounce) package white mushrooms, (sliced)

salt and pepper

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk
•
3 ounces cream cheese, (cut into chunks)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
•
pinch of nutmeg
•
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
•
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
•
2 1/2 to 3 cups diced ham
•
1 cup cottage cheese
•
1 large egg
•
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
•
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

9 lasagna noodles, (cooked according to packgae directions)
•
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
