1 1/4 cups (5 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/4 cup sliced natural almonds, chopped
