1 cup onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 carrot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound dried lima beans or white beans
2 slices thick cut bacon
2 cups leftover cooked ham
1 cup frozen corn
1-1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 cup reserved stock
