INGREDIENTS

2 cups almond flour
•
3 tbsp unflavored whey protein powder
•
2 tsp baking powder
•
1/2 tsp garlic powder
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
•
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
•
1/4 cup butter, melted
•
4 oz sliced deli ham, chopped (I left mine in slices but it will be easier to slice the dough log if the ham is chopped)
•
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used 1 cup but it was clearly too much)
•
1 tbsp melted butter for brushing rolls
