1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped ham
3 oz. (about 3/4 cup) shredded Gruyere cheese
3 oz. (about 3/4 cup) shredded gouda cheese (may sub cheddar)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 cup asparagus (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
